You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the said company, its officers’ directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable legal expenses, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
You agree that the Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of territorial jurisdiction shall be exclusively in district of Kolkata.
